PSA: The PlayStation Network will undergo scheduled maintenance on Monday, 17 November, for around six hours, between 6:00pm and 12:00 GMT (November 18) UK time and 8:00pm and 2:00am SA time.

The Dragon Age Inquisition has kicked off on EA Access for the Xbox One. Subscribers will be entitled to play the game for up to six hours before it releases officially next week. All progress will carry over.

New details and screenshots for Just Cause 3 have been released courtesy of Game Informer. The game will feature a huge 400 square mile map which covers three main areas, each of which will be explorable from the start.

Users are reporting issues with Alien Isolation following a patch on the PS4. Crashes and save files not loading have been reported, and developer The Creative Assembly are “looking into it now and hope to have an update shortly.” In the meanwhile, the patch has now been removed and Sega has issued instructions on how to uninstall it.

ScreamRide has been dated for release and will be available on 6 March in Europe and 3 March in the US for Xbox One and Xbox 360. The game will retail for $39.99 on Xbox One and $29.99 on Xbox 360. [More…]

The Assassin’s Creed Unity launch debacle has Ubisoft rethinking a few things, with a change in the way they work with reviewers on the cards. A number of US critics complained a review embargo the publisher set after the game’s North American release, which prompted many to think Ubisoft were aware of the game’s issues. Going forward, the company will provide early access to some of its upcoming games. Although, to be fair, proper QA and polish before release is all any gamer wants. [More…]

It’s your first glimpse of Tales from the Borderlands, which stars Troy Baker,  Laura Bailey,  Chris Hardwick,  Erin Yvette, Patrick Warburton, Nolan North, and  Dameon Clarke, with more to be revealed. The episodic game will be available on PS4 and PS3 as individual episodes for $4.99 or as a Season Pass for $19.99. On Xbox One and Xbox 360 each episode will be $4.99 and players will also be able to purchase a Season Pass upgrade for $14.99, which entitles players to Episodes 2-5 as they release.
