Kotaku has timed the installation times of seven PS4 launch games and you can expect to start playing games within generally less than 45 seconds of the installation process starting. So gamers are the real winners in the mandatory installation requirement after all.

The free ‘Beach Bum’ DLC for GTA Online will be available from next week. The update will feature “New Weapons, Vehicles, Jobs and More”. Players can also expect “word on the forthcoming Content Creator, full on cooperative Heists, and GTA Online’s take on Capture the Flag – plus info on some exciting new Story Mode updates as well.”
