It was really a lot of extra production work.” [More…] As expected, there has been an outcry over this announcement, and Ubisoft’s Alex Amancio attempted to respond to it all via Eurogamer.
Mass Effect 4 will reference the original trilogy but remain separate. How and where is the game set? BioWare’s Aaryn Flynn says he “can’t get into that too much. We’ve got a really cool idea for how we’re going to carry on – keep the trilogy separate but at the same time give a bunch of nods to fans who enjoyed the trilogy in the past. That’s all going to come out soon.”
The ability to invite friends without a copy of Far Cry 4 into a co-op game is something that will happen more of on the PS4 in the future. Sony’s Jim Ryan told CVG that it is “the first manifestation” of an existing idea for the console.

The titles for IeSF, as well as the prize pool has been announced. A total of $100,000 is up for grabs over Dota 2 (male division), StarCraft II (male and female division), Ultra Street Fighter IV (male division), Hearthstone (male division) and Tekken Tag Tournament 2 (female division). The idea of male and female divisions seems a little odd, and this is further compounded by the prize pools being halved in value in the female division.
