Sony has posted a  drop in sales and operating income for the financial year ended 31 March for their PlayStation division.  Unit sales fell approximately 12% year-on-year to £4.6 billion ($7bn), mainly due to a lessening demand for PS3 and PSP, and Vita.  The firm also expects a worsening handheld business in the coming year.

Rockstar’s controversial 2003 (and PS2) game Manhunt will be available on the PS3 as a digital download in the US on 14 May and in the EU on 15 May.  It will cost you $9.99/€9.99/£7.99.

The demo for Resident Evil: Revelations HD will hit Xbox Live, the Wii U eShop, Steam and US PSN on 14 May, and the EU PSN on 15 May.

Danny Wilson (ex-THQ) has announced his plans for a game and movie tie-in similar to Defiance.  He will be working with Lloyd Levin who produced the Hellboy, Watchmen and Tomb Raider films on the unnamed project. [via Eurogamer]

TimeGate Studios (Aliens: Colonial Marines and Section 8) has reportedly laid off its entire staff.  This comes via two sources of Kotaku.

EA has registered domains for Battlefield 13 through to 20, which will join their ownership of Battlefield 1 to 9.  Where’s 10 to 12 you ask?  They don’t – for some reason – have those domains.  Either way, it looks like the series is here for the long haul. [via Fusible]

The Injustice: Gods Among Us DLC is expected to hit Nintendo’s console this summer.  When exactly is unclear.
It’s looking likely that as many as 15 EA titles will not make it to the Wii U due to technology incompatibilities.  Basically, the Frostbite 3.0 engine is not compatible with Nintendo’s “next gen” console.

The Ouya launch has been pushed back three weeks from 4 June to 25 June.  The reason given is due to high demand at retail.  This delay will give the manufacturer more time “to create more units and, basically, have more units on store shelves in June.” [via Joystiq]
