If you missed it, Black Ops 2 got an update, which brought a new mode to the table called ‘Arms Race’. A few people have been complaining about lag after the update however.

We’re pretty sure that if Activision reveal their new Call of Duty game today, it will be called Call of Duty: Ghosts. There’s just too much evidence pointing to this. The ‘Blade Wolf’ DLC for Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance has a European release date. Grab it for Xbox 360 (560MSP) on 14 May and PS3 (€6.99) on 15 May.
The new update for both Dragon’s Dogma and the new Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen is corrupting save data, Capcom has warned. “A number of users have encountered an unforeseen issue with a recent downloadable Title Update (patch),” said the firm in a statement. “The TU, in some cases, has caused players’ DD save data to become corrupted, meaning the game will no longer save or load their game progress.”
The game from Respawn Entertainment which is rumoured to be a next Xbox exclusive appears to be an ‘always-online’ game destined for both the current Xbox and the new one. According to Kotaku sources it is a sci-fi multiplayer-focused shooter that pits foot soldiers against mechs (called Titans) that soldiers can pilot.

A number of new apps have hit the Xbox 360 this week. The only interesting one that arrives in every country is the Machinima one. Gearbox and Sega have been hit with a class action suit filed on behalf of Damion Perrine in California claiming that they falsely advertised Aliens: Colonial Marines. We’re really quite surprised it took this long for someone to do this. The game was clearly embargoed for a reason, and it became clear as to why on the day of release.
