Games

A new patch for GTA V – version 1.09 – which was released late last week has been detailed by Rockstar. The patch makes improvements to Heist matchmaking, along with other fixes.

The ‘Ascendance’ DLC pack for Call of Duty Advanced Warfare is now available for Xbox One and Xbox 360 owners. “Four New Multiplayer Maps, Bonus Weapon, Custom Weapon Variant, New Exo Grappling Ability and Next Epic Chapter of the Exo Zombies” are included. [via Press Release]

Kojima Productions has had its name removed from the Silent Hills/P.T. website. In a reply to GameSpot, Konami said that they have “switched from a studio-based to a headquarters-based organisation, so [Kojima Productions] wouldn’t be listed as a studio anymore. At this time, there are no additional updates to share.”

Sony has hired relatively unknown British writer Jay Basu to write the Metal Gear Solid movie script. [More…]
