Gamer Claims to Have Found Cancelled Star Wars Battlefront Images on Resident Evil Disc

Kotaku report that in 2010 the publication learned that SOCOM and Resident Evil series part-timers, Slant Six Games had been working on a title for the Star Wars Battlefront series of multiplayer shooters.

They say the game was eventually cancelled and now a user on website is claiming to have found a series of images for the Star Wars game among files on his newly launched Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City disc.

Kotaku say the dates are questionable but that the site’s users do specialise in digging through hidden content and unreleased versions of games. Why the images would be on the disc also remains questionable.

You can find all the images on Neogaf.
