Brink developers, Splash Damage certainly mean business and must be a studio to watch. In 2011 the studio acquired a number of industry veterans, including Neil Alphonso from Guerrilla Games (Killzone) and Richard Ham who was the Lead Designer for Fable II. We recently announced that ex-Fifa Development Director, the immensely accomplished Griff Jenkins was Splash Damage’s latest acquisition.
Now the studio announce that Marc Fascia, the Lead Gameplay Programmer on the brilliant Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, has joined Splash Damage.
Fascia was employed to guide all of Splash Damage’s technology efforts and set the overall direction for its programming teams. He will also support Director of Production, Griff Jenkins as the studio grows to additional gaming platforms.
Splash Damage CEO Paul Wedgwood had this to say:
“We’re hugely impressed by Marc’s combination of insane technical ability and project management skills.
“In particular its Marc’s obsession with fun gameplay and his personable nature that makes him the perfect person to lead our army of awesome programmers.”
