BioWare Announces Cross-Platform Free-to-Play ‘Ultima Forever: Quest for the Avatar’

CVG report that BioWare has announced Ultima Forever: Quest for the Avatar, a cross-platform free-to-play online game which will release under ‘EA’s Play 4 Free’ label.

The website reveals that players will be able to take on the role of a Fighter or a Mage, and describes the game as “the first great Western RPG has been lovingly restored.”

CVG also note that the Mythic studio previously brought us MMO titles Ultima Online, Dark Age of Camelot and Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning.
