Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot has again reassured fans that Beyond Good & Evil 2 is “coming.”
Unfortunately he also hesitated to confirm whether the sequel will release to the current or next generation. He simply told Kotaku that, “it’s coming.”
We have not seen anything since the 2008 reveal trailer, to which Guillemot says Ubisoft do not want to comment anymore until there is something new to show.
CVG report that the series creator Michel Ancel has recently suggested that Beyond Good & Evil 2 is in “active” development for next-generation consoles. He says ”some technical issues” have meant that the game requires “more tech” in order to finish development.
