What is it with developers and WWII?
According to the ESRB, Bad Company 2 is yet another game that will be returning to WWII. Yes, apparently we will be returning to World War II in the beginning of the game before returning modern setting.
The ESRB’s website reports that players will “conduct missions on an unnamed Japanese island during World War II and then move into the modern day through jungles, deserts, and snowy terrain.”
It does not state how WWII ties into the modern storyline nor how much of WWII there will be only, But if I’m honest I couldn’t care less as WWII actually bores me nowadays.
