Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood | Da Vinci DLC announced

Ubisoft has announced new (and first paid for) DLC for Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood.  Entitled ‘The Da Vinci Disappearance’, it will feature new content for both the single-player and multiplayer components of the game.

Expected in early March, it will cost you 800MS Points (around $10) and will be available on both Xbox 360 and PS3.

In the single-player portion, Ezio Auditore’s friend Leonardo Da Vinci is kidnapped by an underground cult seeking to transform mankind and Ezio has to track down stolen paintings that will lead him to Da Vinci.  The mission promises two new locations and two new “gameplay features.”

The multiplayer content will feature a new map called ‘Alhambra’, four new characters, and two new game modes.  The new characters include the Dama Rossa, the Knight, the Marquis, and the Pariah.  The new ‘Escort’ mode revolves around protecting a VIP target, while ‘Assassinate’ is a ten-minute death-match mode.
