From 2k Games’ Rockstar comes the brilliant looking L.A. Noire. Being developed by Team Bondi, L.A. Noire looks not only to keep up the high Rockstar standard, but to take it even further.
One of the most eagerly awaited titles this year that should take both the critics and gamers by storm.
Here’s one last look at L.A. Noire before its release on Friday 20th May.
L.A.Noire
Developer: Team Bondi
Publisher: Rockstar
Genre(s): Adventure Games
Rating: M
Available on: Xbox 360, Playstation 3
L.A.Noire has been heavily previewed and documented already; so on the verge of its release there is not much more I can add. What I will say is that Rockstar has heavily invested in the ‘Motion Capture’ technology, and from what we’ve seen it was a great investment indeed.
You play as the fresh L.A.P.D inspector, Cole Phelps and you need to solve a bunch of crime cases in Hollywood’s Golden Age. The more thorough you are in your investigation, the stronger your case will be. The life-like animations can help you here, if you read the body language or expressions of the person you are interrogating, it could help you crack a stronger case.
L.A. Noire is a violent crime thriller from the prestigious Rockstar group. The title blends a strong storyline with, film like cinematics and breathtaking action from a detective’s point of view.
Easily tipped as a contender for GOTY and is not to be missed. Red Dead Redemption beware, L.A.Noire looks to take the top spot in the Rockstar trophy cabinet.
